Space Only Submission

As a space only stand you must submit the below no later that the 11/08/25 to the Operations team at [email protected]

• Full Scale drawing with Dimensions
• Risk assessment
• Method statement
• Construction phase plan
• Contractors Public liability insurance
• Space only check list

Just a reminder that no walling or flooring is provided for space only stands. Pop-up banners are not accepted as a space only stand – these must be inside a shell scheme stand.

All space only stands need to build their dividing walls and can not use the back of the stand behind them.
