Get the most out of exhibiting by capturing your leads with the Lead Capture App.
View your leads as you scan them instantly on your device, and view all the data immediately in your Exhibitor Portal.
With a more traditional Hand Held Scanner you’ll receive the data after the show closes. No matter how you decide to collect your leads, you’ll be able to access and download your data through your Online Portal up until 60 days after the show.
Want to order additional Lead Capture Apps & Scanners?
If you would like to purchase additional data app licenses or wish to order a hand-held data pen then you can do this easily within the Engage Scanner Online Portal. You will receive your login details for this portal a month out from the show and they will be sent by JET Lead Capture Service – [email protected]
Simply follow these steps to order additional apps and scanners:
- Log into your online account – Find your online account details in your “Online Access to Scanner Data” email
- Once logged in click “Order Devices” – This will take you to the scanner order form where you can purchase additional devices

If you book your stand less than a month out from the show you will receive your portal login details within 7 working days.
LEAD CAPTURE APP
These are the most cost-effective option for collecting data at the show. With this option you purchase a license to enable you to use the scanner app on your own personal device – whether it be a smartphone or tablet. To use the app across multiple devices you will need to purchase more than one license, but any data collected will still be accessible via your one online portal. Once a license has been activated on a device it can’t be transferred, so make sure it’s a device that’s available for both show days. The advantage of the app is that, if your device is connected to the internet, you will be able to access the data instantly via your online portal – so you could have a team back in the office picking up details with no delay. You can also make notes alongside data collected. If you collect data whilst offline, the data will update as soon as you connect to the internet. |
HAND-HELD SCANNER
These are slightly more expensive to order than the app, as they are physical hand-held scanners. With these you can collect data throughout both days of the event. The data you have collected will then be downloaded from the device once you hand it back to the registration company at the end of the event. You are able to categorise data as you scan – our registration company can give you the instructions on how to do this when you collect the scanner. You will be able to access the data via your online portal – if you have more than one scanner, all data will be accessible via the one account once all scanners have been downloaded. This option is beneficial if you have different members of staff manning the stand each day. |
Before the show you will receive an Engage Scanner Set Up email with the login details to your personal online account.
The online account shows you a summary of all data app licenses or hand-held devices you have ordered with our registration company (Jonas Technology). If you have purchased multiple licenses or devices, they will be listed under different letters (A, B, C). We recommend to take note of these, should you want to scan leads for different brands, or on different stands.
We recommend to login to your online portal before the show, to make sure it’s all set up correctly and to set up any qualifying questions for your scanners.
You’ll be able to access and download your data through your online portal for 60 days after the show.
