Event related FAQs
As a space only stand, you need to provide everything as nothing is included for the build. Walls need to be built to divide the stand, and flooring must be laid.
You will need to submit these documents to [email protected] by 11th August in order for us to issue a permit to build:
- Full dimensional stand drawings
- Risk assessment
- Method statement
- Construction phase plan
- Public liability insurance

You can prebook chilled and/or frozen storage with Lowe Refrigeration. The storage area can be accessed from 08:00 on Monday 21st September, please ensure you do not deliver your goods before then. When you book the storage space with Lowe, this is valid for the duration of the build and show open and can be accessed at any time during the hall’s opening hours.
Booked power of any variety is only guaranteed during the show open dates – Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th September. Power can go on and off during the build period due to works being carried out on other stands. If essential power is required for the build or break dates, like for fridges or freezers on your stand, then you will need to book temporary power for during this time. You will need to speak to a GES customer service advisor to arrange this. Their contact details are [email protected] +44 (0)2476 380 190.

Yes, all exhibitors and contractors who want to use the lorry way to deliver goods from the back of the hall must pre-book their vehicle.

Badges are ordered through our registration partner. Once ordered, changes can be made by following the link in the badge confirmation emails from Event Data.
