STOCK DELIVERY
To help improve access and unloading we have taken various steps with the aim to reduce traffic on the lorry way from couriers/exhibitors delivering stock. Please see the processes below which are affected by which days stock is being delivered.
Do I need to book my vehicle on voyage control?
If you are an exhibitor, bringing your own stock, you need to book your vehicle into ExCeL’s voyage control, link here.
If you are using a courier to deliver stock, you do not need to book in their vehicles. This is because we understand the timings of deliveries with couriers is flexible, and exhibitors will not know their vehicle details.
Which day are you having a courier arrive?
If you are having goods delivered to the halls on Sunday and/or Monday, GES will sign for all courier deliveries, and these will be held in the storage area. If you have chilled and frozen products, please ensure you have booked this in with Lowe Refrigeration and follow their access times. Click here for the order form.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of these two days as this will help reduce the amount of vehicles requiring access to the lorry way on Tuesday 23rd and improve the arrival and build up experience for all exhibitors.
GES will provide a free forklift offload service to unload all exhibitor goods to the storage area. If you wish for these to be delivered direct/onwards to your stand from the storage area, please arrange this direct with GES Logistics. If you require GES to collect from your stand and return to the storage area, please arrange this direct with GES Logistics. This would be a chargeable service. When you are ready to collect your goods from the storage area, please speak to GES Logistics who will be based by Lorry Door N7.
Please note goods can only be accepted during these times:
Sunday 21st September – 08:00-18:00
Monday 22nd September – 08:00-20:00
To ease the number of vehicles needing access to the lorry way on Tuesday 23rd, all courier deliveries, both big and small, with the exception of chilled and frozen products will be delivered to a courier collection point near Excel Traffic office. These will be collected and signed for by GES and then delivered up to the main show storage area in one van. This will be clearly communicated by the Excel traffic team and these vehicles do not need to be booked into Excel’s voyage control.
It is vital that all Exhibitors and Couriers are aware that deliveries can only be accepted within the following hours:

Vehicle access for non-courier deliveries
Please note all other non-courier vehicles must be booked into Excels online booking system to be able to access the halls. Please click here to access the form. All vehicles using the lorry way must be booked in with the correct vehicle type.
On arrival, all Exhibitors and Contractors will be marshalled to the loading bays.
