It is vital that all Exhibitors and Couriers are aware that deliveries can only be accepted from Wednesday 16th September 2026:

Delivering large materials
For the purpose of delivering large booth materials in the Expo Hall, you can check in at the side door to the Mineurslaan, at door 503. The Mineurslaan is a side street of the Croeselaan right of the Beatrix building. Here you can load and unload. We ask you to keep the entrance clear for money transportation etc.
You have up to 30 minutes to load / unload in order to offer other guests also ample space. After loading/ unloading you can park your car at one of the car parks, Parking Croeselaan is the closest.

Delivering small materials
If you have only small stand materials you can instantly park on P2 or P4 of Jaarbeurs or Parking Croeselaan.

The best advice is to use the license plate check. This is to avoid fines. Exemptions can also be requested here.
