Lead capture

New for this year: Every main stand will now have unlimited access to our data capture app, which can be used on your own mobile devices, as well as access to a live online data reporting portal. You can request as many app licences as you need for your stand team.

Using the data capture app allows you to see your leads in real time at the show. You’ll be able to:

• Scan visitor badges and see their data immediately
• Add notes, photos or audio to your new contacts on the spot
• Set up questions for stand staff to easily qualify visitors to your stand

You will be sent 2 emails from our supplier JET – Jonas Event Technology, at around 4 weeks before the show:

• One email will give you instructions to download and log into the app
• The second email will invite you to log into your live data reporting portal

Check your junk folder for an email from [email protected].

You can order your apps in advance via your online exhibitor account that Jonas will send to you via email. Handheld scanners will have limited availability onsite.
