It is vital that all Exhibitors and Couriers are aware that deliveries can only be accepted within the following hours:

Monday 2nd June – 08:00 – 20:00

Tuesday 3rd June – 08:00 – 20:00

The exhibitor or their representative needs to be onsite to accept delivery. If you are not available to receive your goods when they are delivered, our logistics provider GES will accept delivery, but will charge for this service.

Do I need to book my vehicle on voyage control?
If you are an exhibitor bringing items to your stand, you need to book your vehicle into Excel’s voyage control, the link will go live 21 days in advance of tenancy, and you will be emailed when it is.

If you are using a courier to deliver items to your stand, you do not need to book in their vehicles. This is because we understand the timings of deliveries with couriers is flexible, and exhibitors will not know their vehicle details.

Vehicle access for non-courier deliveries
Please note all other non-courier vehicles must be booked into Excels voyage control to be able to access the halls. All vehicles using the lorry way must be booked in with the correct vehicle type. On arrival, all Exhibitors and Contractors will be marshalled to the loading bays.
