New for this year: Every main stand will now have unlimited access to our data capture app, which can be used on your own mobile devices, as well as access to a live online data reporting portal. You can request as many app licences as you need for your stand team.
Using the data capture app allows you to see your leads in real time at the show. You’ll be able to:
- Scan visitor badges and see their data immediately
- Add notes, photos or audio to your new contacts on the spot
- Set up questions for stand staff to easily qualify visitors to your stand
You will be sent 2 emails from our supplier JET – Jonas Event Technology, at around 4 weeks before the show:
- One email will give you instructions to download and log into the app
- The second email will invite you to log into your live data reporting portal
Check your junk folder for an email from [email protected] if you haven’t received a log in email 1 week prior to the show. If you don’t receive your log in by the time you arrive onsite, go to registration and a member of the team will be able to assist.
You can order your apps in advance via your online exhibitor account that Jonas will send to you via email. Handheld scanners will have limited availability onsite.
Click here for a full guide on how to use the data capture apps.
Manual related FAQs
If you have navigated to a page with a form you want to complete and there is just a white screen / no form displaying, it could be down to a few issues:
- your website/company security
- your browser cache
- you’re not logged in
How to fix this issue:
- Try another browser / or try Incognito mode (Chrome) or Private Mode (Internet Explorer) and login to the manual and try the form again.
- Clear the browser cache: Navigate to your browser settings, find your browser web history tab. Click on “Clear Browser History”. Restart the browser, log back into the manual and try to use the form again.
- If your problem persists, contact us
.
This is because you cannot upload files with spaces. For example:
- “My Company Logo.jpg” will not be accepted.
- “My_Company_logo.jpg” will work.
If your online exhibitor listing isn’t appearing or you have a “Sorry, there were no items that matched your criteria.”, contact Dan at [email protected] who will be able to help.
This is usually a caching issue. Try clearing your browser history / cache, or, logging in with Incognito/private mode. This usually fixes the problem, but if it persists, contact us for help.
