Our team, led by Master Distiller Hillhamn Salome, selects and balances Mexican-grown botanicals used for centuries by traditional healers (curanderas), such as palo santo, sage and desert prickly pear, to create 3 unique gins produced in small batches. Our expressions include Clásica, Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom and Sahumerio.
