But more than a snack, every pouch helps grandmothers grow their way out of poverty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis brand is built around empowerment,\u201d says FGG founder Ray Botterell.\u2028<br \/>\n\u201cWe\u2019re not just sourcing fruit \u2014 we\u2019re investing in land, tools, and training so that grandmothers can become economically self-sufficient, support their families, and strengthen their communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each purchase directly funds smallholder farming efforts, with profits reinvested into the growers\u2019 own development, creating a regenerative cycle of trade, not aid.<\/p>\n<p>FGG will be showcasing its new 35g and 100g pouches, designed for health-conscious consumers and ethical retailers looking for truly mission-aligned products. Vegan, gluten-free, and high in fibre, they\u2019re ideal for foodservice, gifting, and independent retail.<\/p>\n<p>The fruit is harvested at peak ripeness and gently-dried within hours, locking in flavour, nutrients, and sunshine. Visitors are invited to taste both mango and pineapple samples at the stand, meet the team, and discover how they can stock a product that offers both quality and purpose.<\/p>\n<p>FGG is currently stocked by a small number of UK retailers \u2014 including a farm shops and food hallsl, and is actively seeking to expand through partnerships with independent retailers, wholesalers, buying groups, foodservice providers, and in time, distributors and national multiples who align with their values.<\/p>\n<p>This is more than just a healthy snack.
