TEFCOLD has acquired the HoReCa-related assets of Badajoz-based Clima Hosteleria, effective 1 July 2026. The acquisition significantly strengthens TEFCOLD\u2019s position in Spain and Portugal and establishes TEFCOLD as a leading supplier of commercial plug-in refrigeration on the Iberian Peninsula.<\/p>\n
Clima Hosteleria has built a strong position in the Spanish HoReCa market, supplying both commercial refrigeration and a broad range of hospitality equipment. After the acquisition TEFCOLD will have 55 employees on the Iberian Peninsula. “The addition of Clima Hosteleria will strengthen TEFCOLD Iberia and enable us to serve our customers even better, faster and more competitively across Spain and Portugal,” says Silvia Ramis, Managing Director of TEFCOLD Iberia. “We have known Clima Hosteleria for many years and are excited to welcome both the team and the product portfolio into TEFCOLD.
