To help improve access and unloading we have taken various steps with the aim to reduce traffic on the lorry way from couriers\/exhibitors delivering stock. Please see the processes below which are affected by which days stock is being delivered.<\/p>\n

Do I need to book my vehicle on voyage control? <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are an exhibitor, bringing your own stock, you need to book your vehicle into ExCeL’s voyage control, link here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you are using a courier for small items, you do not need to book in their vehicles. This is because we understand the timings of deliveries with couriers is flexible, and exhibitors will not know their vehicle details. If you are delivering multiple items or a large vehicle that takes time to unload then this much be booked into voyage control. Failure to book these in could result in missed deliverers and long waiting times.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”833397″]If you are having goods delivered to the halls during build, GES will sign for all courier deliveries, and these will be held in the storage area. If you have chilled and frozen products, please ensure you have booked this in with Lowe Refrigeration and follow their access times. Click here<\/a> for the order form.<\/p>\n

GES will provide a free forklift offload service to unload all exhibitor goods to the storage area. If you wish for these to be delivered direct\/onwards to your stand from the storage area, please arrange this direct with GES Logistics. If you require GES to collect from your stand and return to the storage area, please arrange this direct with GES Logistics. This would be a chargeable service. When you are ready to collect your goods from the storage area, please speak to GES Logistics who will be based by Lorry Door N3.<\/p>\n
