Vehicle Booking \u2013 Voyage Control<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ExCeL London manages all vehicle access for build-up and breakdown through Voyage Control, an online vehicle booking system. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for everyone on site, all vehicles requiring access to the venue’s loading bays must be pre-booked through the system before arrival, as no vehicle will be permitted access without a confirmed booking. The only exception is couriers delivering small quantities of stock in a van or smaller, when an exact delivery time cannot be confirmed. All other access must be booked to ensure a smooth build and breakdown process for everyone.<\/p>\n

When booking, you’ll be asked to select your user type (space only or shell scheme), as this determines which access times and dates are available to you, so please make sure you select the correct option for your stand. Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we’d encourage you to book your slot as early as possible once the system goes live to secure your preferred time.<\/p>\n

Once booked, you’ll be able to view and manage your delivery details, and your vehicle pass should be printed and displayed in the vehicle on arrival. We’d ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your confirmed slot, as early arrivals can cause unnecessary delays and congestion for other exhibitors.<\/p>\n

Non-Chilled and Frozen Product Delivery<\/strong>
\nNo code required. All access, with the exception of small quantities of boxes from couriers, must be booked in with Voyage Control.<\/p>\n

All exhibitors, contractors and show suppliers must book every time they need to access the loading bays, whether during build-up, breakdown, or in exceptional circumstances during show open. This does not apply to couriers (please see the Delivering to Your Stand section).<\/p>\n

Please try and limit the number of vehicles you book into the system to ensure smooth access for all exhibitors and contractors.<\/p>\n

We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, as the system requires an up-to-date internet browser. The system will work on mobile devices and smartphones and has its own dedicated app available through the App Store or Google Play \u2014 please search “Voyage Control”.<\/p>\n
