Product Description

The world’s first tonic in an aluminium bottle. Made on our family farm using spring water and CO₂ captured from our anaerobic digester, which is powered by crops we grow — including maize and by-products from cider production. The renewable energy generated also runs our on-site canning line. This light, floral tonic is packaged in infinitely recyclable aluminium for a lower-carbon, closed-loop system.
