Miss Kim is a modern food brand bringing authentic Korean flavours to the UK. We are winners of the BBC Good Food SME awards in creativity and branding and all of our products are Free From Awards medalists. We launched in January 2026 with our traditional snack range: Lotus Root Bugak (crisps) and crunchy Sea Salt Nurungji (toasted rice). Recently, we expanded to pantries with our tinned kimchi, which has been traditionally fermented for 4 weeks. Our products are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and made without additives, using traditional recipes. Miss Kim aims to be a trusted everyday brand for delicious, honest, and accessible Korean food.
