Leeds-founded hospitality technology company Diisco will showcase its new approach to staffing at The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show 2026, as it prepares to expand its platform across the UK.

With just two weeks to go until The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show 2026, hospitality technology platform Diisco is preparing to head to ExCeL London to demonstrate how venues can find temporary hospitality talent without relying on traditional staffing agencies or endless WhatsApp conversations.

Founded in Leeds by entrepreneurs with decades of hospitality experience, Diisco was created around a simple idea: there should be an easier way for venues and hospitality talent to connect.

The platform allows venues to post shifts, review applicants and their experience, communicate directly with applicants and make bookings through the platform. For hospitality talent, Diisco provides access to flexible shifts and allows them to build a profile through their experience, ratings and reviews.

One of the platform’s latest features is AI Shift Maker, which allows venues to paste their shift requirements into an AI-powered text box. Diisco then automatically populates the shift details, allowing the venue to review and post the shift in seconds.

The platform also includes GPS-based attendance functionality, CV-required shifts, ratings and reviews, in-app communication and digital shift records.

Diisco’s model is designed to give hospitality businesses greater control over temporary staffing while reducing the costs associated with traditional agency models.

“Hospitality businesses don’t need another complicated recruitment process,” says Alex, Co-Founder of Diisco. “They need to be able to find the right person quickly when a shift needs covering. That’s exactly what we’re building Diisco to do.”

Following its launch in Leeds, Diisco has expanded into Manchester and is continuing its rollout into new UK markets, with London forming a key part of its national expansion strategy.
