itSMF UK is the country’s leading membership association for service management professionals, providing education, content and networking opportunities. Members range from individuals to large multi-national organisations. We have spent the last three decades helping ITSM professionals both to be better and to do better. As the first of an international network of itSMF chapters, we have aimed to enrich the working lives of our members through our annual conference, a variety of member events, online masterclasses and forums, professional guidance, focused content, annual awards, our leadership council, a SFIA-based skills competency framework, communities of practice, maturity assessment service and our newly introduced mentorship scheme.
