Deliveries

It is vital that all Exhibitors and Couriers are aware that deliveries can only be accepted within the following hours:

Monday 12th May – 08:00 – 18:00
Tuesday 13th May – 08:00 – 20:00

The exhibitor or their representative needs to be onsite to accept delivery. If you are not available to receive your goods when they are delivered, our logistics provider GES will accept delivery, but will charge for this service.

Do I need to book my vehicle on voyage control? 

If you are an exhibitor, bringing your own stock, you need to book your vehicle into ExCeL’s voyage control, link here.

If you are using a courier to deliver stock, you do not need to book in their vehicles. This is because we understand the timings of deliveries with couriers is flexible, and exhibitors will not know their vehicle details.

Monday 12th May and Tuesday 13th May

If you are having goods delivered to the halls on Monday and/or Tuesday, you can arrange a courier-receiving service with GES Logistics, who will then sign for all courier deliveries you have, and these will be held in the storage area until you arrive onsite.

Vehicle access for non-courier deliveries

Please note all other non-courier vehicles must be booked into Excels voyage control to be able to access the halls. Please click here to access the form. All vehicles using the lorry way must be booked in with the correct vehicle type.
On arrival, all Exhibitors and Contractors will be marshalled to the loading bays.
