Your company profile will appear on the event website, in marketing and at the event. Complete this form so we have your most up-to-date information.
STEP 2
Do your essential tasks
All your show tasks in one place. Complete essential tasks in good time to exhibit without a hitch.
STEP 3
Prepare your stand
Order furniture for your stand, lead capture apps or scanners, electrics, wifi, catering and other additional services for your stand.

EXPO GUIDE / FAIRGUIDE SCAM
Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com regularly publicise their services to exhibitors at events, DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THESE ORGANISATIONS. These companies are not affiliated with us.
HOTEL BOOKING SCAM
There are several companies that are fraudulently contacting our exhibitors offering hotel booking services on our behalf (only for exhibitors to later find their bookings do not exist). All our hotel partners are listed clearly on our Useful Information page on our website. Please proceed with caution when using any unknown companies and please ensure you check them out fully before making any booking commitments.
DATA LIST SCAM
There are several companies claiming to have our show attendee and pre-registered lists to current and previous events. Due to data protection we do not sell our data lists, so this data will not be our show data. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE DATA LISTS.

GDPR LEGISLATION AND HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR PARTICIPATION AT THIS EVENT
Due to GDPR we all must be more careful about data collection and its use. The Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd Policy can be found on the show website, under GDPR Policy.
We ask you to conform to the following policy:
- Visitors must consent to having their badges scanned and must be given the opportunity to decline.
- The data you collect must only be used for contacting the visitor about products and services offered by your company.
- The data must not be given to third parties unless specific consent is given.
- Visitors must have the option to unsubscribe from your data at any point.
- If you run a competition, you must make it clear that all data collected will be used for directly relevant marketing purposes.
