Deliveries
It is vital that all exhibitors and couriers are aware that deliveries can only be accepted within the show hours, see Timetable :
NO DELIVERIES CAN BE ACCEPTED BEFORE SUNDAY 1ST NOVEMBER 2026. DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES MAY BE REFUSED BY THE VENUE.

The organisers cannot be held responsible for deliveries. The exhibitor or their representative needs to be onsite to accept delivery. Alternatively, the appointed show freight company GES will be able to do this for you and put your goods into appropriate storage, but you must arrange this directly with them. their details can be found below:
Vehicle Access For Deliveries
ALL DELIVERIES MUST PRE-BOOK A DELIVERY SLOT USING VOYAGE CONTROL. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAND VEHICLE EXHIBITS INTO VOYAGE CONTROL YOU WILL BE CONTACTED SEPERATELY TO DISCUSS THE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS OF THESE VEHICLES.
Vehicles enter the site and will be directed to the North Lorry Park to check-in. Once checked in NEC Traffic will allow you to drive to the rear of the hall once there is enough room. All drivers must follow the directions of the traffic marshals. Vehicles are allowed to the rear of the hall to unload only and must, once unloaded, remove their vehicle and park it on the designated NEC car park. Parking is free on build up and breakdown days. Usually vehicles are given one hour to unload. If the driver exceeds the allocated time, attempts to locate the driver shall be made via a phone call, physical search of the stand and finally a member of the organiser’s office will make tanoy announcements.
