• Eligibility
      The prize draw competition is open to all exhibitors of the British Tourism & Travel Show 2026. Individuals will not be entered into the prize draw. Any Verified Actions taken by Individuals will count as entries for the Individuals’ Exhibiting Company.
    • How to Enter
      The Exhibitor will be automatically entered into the prize draw if the Exhibitor completes one or more verified pre-show promotional actions. The actions include:
      • Generating a visitor registration via the Exhibitor’s unique tracking URL
      • Posting on social media, tagging the British Tourism & Travel Show, and using #BTTS26
      • Submitting News or Meet the Brand promotional forms
      • Updating Exhibitor Meeting Planner profile and/or sending meeting invitations
      • Nominating VIP attendees
    • Verification
      Entries must be verified by the Organiser through tracking systems, submission logs, or marketing platform activity.
    • Entries
      The Exhibitor may complete as many qualifying actions as they wish. Each verified action equals one entry into the prize draw.
    • The Prize
      The winner will receive a BTTS Media Package worth £2,000, including:
      One post-show eshot to BTTS visitors
      One social media post across BTTS Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram channels
      A 6-month web banner on the BTTS website

    The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

    1. Winner Selection & Notification
      The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and notified by email on 26 March 2026 by the Organiser. The Organiser will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the second email, they will forfeit the prize and the Organiser reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. The prize must be redeemed and fulfilled by 19 October 2026.

    The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd’s Competition Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these rules. The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
