Essential Tasks: These are mandatory and must be completed to exhibit. Failure to do so could result in you not being allowed on site – so make sure you prioritise these first.

Promotional Opportunities: Once you’ve covered the essentials, it’s time to promote your brand. Submit news and Meet the Brand forms, nominate VIPs, book Show Guide advertising, and more. Take advantage of the free and paid-for opportunities to get your name seen before and during the show.

Sharing a stand? If you are sharing your stand with another organisation, and haven’t already done so, please complete the Stand Sharer form. Once complete, we will provide your partners with access to the exhibitor manual where they also take advantage of the promotional opportunities.
