As you approach the campus, follow the signage directing you to the West Car Park.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in Procedure:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exhibitors and their contractors will be granted access from the gatehouse to Car Park 5 for cars and vans and Car Park 7 for Trucks and HGV&#8217;s. You mustn\u2019t park in any bays marked for a specific purpose (for example, disabled parking bays) when you\u2019re not entitled to.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be liable for any damage, injury, or loss (1) you cause when accessing, trying to access, or using the SEC car park, or (2) resulting from your breach of any of the terms of this booking form.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re choosing to park your vehicles in the SEC car park at your own risk. Please ensure a suitable representative is available to receive the goods. The Organisers cannot be held responsible. The Exhibitor or their representative needs to be onsite to accept delivery. Alternatively, the appointed Show Freight Company will be able to do this for you and put your goods into appropriate storage, whether chilled or ambient.
